National Hotline for Mental Health Crises and Suicide Prevention

Your mental health determines many factors in your life. Through different phases of my personal life, I’ve come across a variety of people facing different but, in a way, similar challenges that all overall seems to stem from this need to belong and be understood. It’s important to know that you’re never alone though you may feel that you are and remember feeling’s change.

Alot of us are battling deep rooted traumas that may have manifested into actual illnesses.

I’m here to provide some resources you can look into to help you into the right direction of unpacking some of that heaviness. Mental health crises and suicides can be devastating for individuals, families, and communities. When someone experiences a mental health crisis and doesn’t receive the care they need, they can end up in emergency rooms, on the streets, involved in the criminal justice system, or in the worst case, they could lose their life.
